1. Eligibility. Users need to be of legal age and legally able to contract. Where the platform remains unlicensed or closed, residents are not eligible. Account data accuracy and 2FA confidentiality are your duty.
2. What we provide. amarobit provides an electronic trading platform for the markets listed on this platform. No part of this is personal advice; every trading choice remains yours. Shown quotes and data is for information and can lag or err at times.
3. Risks. Trading involves material loss risk and is for those who can bear it. Margin products may take losses past the collateral posted. Trade only money whose total loss you can absorb.
4. Costs. Fees, spreads and funding rates sit on the Fees page and constitute part of these Terms. Fees may change after fair notice.
5. Prohibited conduct. Cornering and manipulation, abusing technical holes, IP infringement and illegal use are not permitted. Laundering and sanctions breaches are covered under this clause too.
6. Liability. To the maximum extent of law, amarobit excludes indirect, incidental and consequential losses tied to your use.
7. Changes. This agreement may change periodically. Continued use once changes apply means agreement. Governing law is the home jurisdiction where our operator is registered.
